I recently wrote about the amazing food you’ll enjoy in our upcoming Savannah and Charleston Spring tour. Now I’m at it again–my own great memories of Southern vacations tend to lead me in this direction!
As the name of this tour indicates, it’s all about visiting beautiful places in the spring and seeming beautiful flowers and smelling their fragrance. Pure relaxation and enjoyment, Interlude style. Having great meals to look forward to only makes it better: 7 breakfasts, 3 lunches, and 4 dinners are included!

When a meal is part of the tour, often you have a few choices as to what to eat–usually the specialties of the house. Or, sometimes, it is “choice of menu.” We won’t know this far in advance what the menus will be, so the following are just some tempting examples and may or may not be on the menu when you visit.
